A Crytical Review and our Response 16.06 #14

Room Satisfaction. Was your room clean and tidy? ‘Yes’ Are there any areas that need improvement? Comments; ‘ We thought that the provision of atoaster without cutlery was a bit Queer. It did not matter to us we had our own knives and and lovely posh bread from Bakers delight but the provision of a knife and some butters would make sense with a toaster[ also a tea towel].

Did you enjoy your stay? ‘Yes’. Are there any areas that need improvement? ‘No’

Terrific Rooms-Very Comfortable

Management Response; This is a very valid point. At  Check in our Reception should have asked the client if they would require cutlery or ‘Is there anything else that we can get for you’. The reason that we do not leave Tea Towels and cutlery in the rooms on an ongoing basis is that all of our cutlery needs to go through our sterilizer with each use. It is better for us to provide on an individual daily basis.

Our self contained rooms have a minimum of cutlery in ‘Stock’ again to ensure that all utensils are sterilized with each use.

I hope that makes sense and thank you for the opportunity to explain.

I was greeted in such a friendly manner it was asthough I had arrived to stay with old friends.

My room is very well appointed and lacks for nothing, clean and exellently presented!
